Mechanical Assembler1st shift 6AM-2:30PM Tempe/Mesa area- 19-20/hr We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process by assembling various components with precision and care. Your expertise, mechanical dexterity, and ability to interpret assembly work instructions will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality production.Duties:Assemble mechanical components according to specifications and schematics with the aid of small power tools.Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality assurance.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Perform other duties as required.Training:OrientationESDQuality Policy AwarenessIPC-A-610 SpecialistWork Instructions (WI-17, 139, 161, 171)Quality Procedure (QP-03, 10, 11, 24)Quality Form (QF-33, 191)
