Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek someone with formal training or certification in information architecture and at least 5 years of applied experience.

• We need the ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies and recommend the best solutions to achieve future-state information architecture.
• Preferred: advanced certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, IT service management, site reliability engineering, or security disciplines.
• Preferred: expertise in operational automation, event intelligence, and self-healing workflows integrated with ticketing and incident management processes.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise configuration management databases and asset intelligence programs that improve compliance control and cost transparency.

• We will have you advise and lead information architecture strategy across multiple products, applications, and technologies within the Middle Office & Shared Services portfolio.
• You will translate highly complex technical issues, trends, and architectural approaches for senior leadership to support firm-wide innovation and informed target-state decisions.
• You will drive adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized information architecture disciplines, aligned with the latest product development approaches.
• You will establish and lead an architecture governance body, defining standards, metrics, and guardrails that improve decision traceability, cost-performance outcomes, and review-board effectiveness.
• You will create durable, reusable frameworks that improve delivery speed and output quality across teams and functions within the Commercial & Investment Bank.
• You will partner across domains to reduce tooling duplication, clarify ownership, and maintain authoritative technology status and lifecycle governance.
• You will evaluate emerging capabilities for enterprise fit and readiness for adoption, recommending the best technology solutions for future-state information architecture.
• You will lead reuse-first adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis, option evaluation, and delivery of strategic global solutions, with human validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.
• You will establish portfolio-level guardrails for AI-assisted and agentic workflows used in architecture and engineering governance, including traceability, auditability, and control expectations aligned to resiliency and security standards.
