Senior Lead Agentic AI Solutions Architect

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in architecture concepts plus at least 5 years of applied experience.
• We expect hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We need advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes within one or more disciplines such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We seek demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture and engineering workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• We need the ability to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise-grade architectures while meeting resilience, security, and auditability expectations.
• We expect you to solve design and functional issues independently with minimal oversight.
• We need the ability to assess current and emerging technologies and recommend the best path for future-state architecture.
• We value strong judgment and communication skills to influence technical direction across teams.
• We require hands-on experience designing and building custom agentic systems, including tool use, orchestration, memory patterns, planning, autonomy boundaries, human-in-the-loop controls, and evaluation methods.
• We need practical experience implementing AI, data, integration, or agentic solutions in public cloud environments.
• We require a strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, model selection, prompt design, multi-model orchestration, and responsible use of generative AI capabilities.
• Preferred: experience with vendor AI platforms and enterprise SaaS ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle HCM, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as financial services, healthcare, government, or other control-focused industries.
• Preferred: familiarity with security, SaaS integration, AI governance, responsible AI practices, model risk concepts, and control frameworks for autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.
• Preferred: experience contributing to reusable architecture patterns, engineering standards, architecture communities, or internal enablement materials.
• Preferred: exposure to emerging agentic AI protocols, frameworks, and integration patterns such as MCP, A2A, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Preferred: ability to mentor engineers and architects and communicate complex AI architecture concepts in a clear, practical, and inspiring way.
• Preferred: strong ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to engineering, product, architecture, security, and leadership stakeholders, with solid written architecture documentation skills.

• We represent a product family in technical governance forums and propose improvements to architecture governance practices.
• We provide ongoing technical guidance and direction to our business partners, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• We leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in our work environment to accelerate architecture analysis and decision-making, while using human validation and handling sensitive data appropriately.
• We evaluate existing and emerging technologies using established standards and frameworks, influencing peers and decision-makers to adopt leading-edge solutions where suitable.
• We make decisions that shape product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• We develop secure, high-quality production code and review and troubleshoot code written by others.
• We act as a function-wide subject matter expert and contribute to our engineering community as advocates for firmwide SDLC frameworks and practices.
• We establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC and toolchain practices, with traceability, auditability, resilience, and security controls.
• We architect and build custom agentic systems that support Employee Platforms use cases across employee experience, workflow automation, knowledge discovery, and service operations.
• We design prototypes, reference implementations, reusable patterns, and evaluation harnesses that help engineering teams safely move agentic AI capabilities from concept into production.
• We implement AI and agentic solution patterns in public cloud environments, with practical attention to APIs, data access, deployment automation, observability, resilience, and operational support.
