ICU RNLocation: Sacramento, CA 95823 Duration: 13 Weeks (Extensions highly possible)Shift Option:Days: 07:00 AM to 07:30 PMNights: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AMCompensation: Local: $77/hr on W2 Travel: $3299/WeeklyJob Summary:The Registered Nurse – ICU will provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, care planning, treatment implementation, continuous monitoring, patient education, and coordination with the healthcare team. The RN will ensure accurate documentation, follow established nursing standards, and may float to other departments based on competency and facility needs.Responsibilities:Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards defined by the state Board of Nursing.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including ongoing collection and assessment of patient health data.Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative therapy directly to patients or through consultation, delegation, supervision, and teaching of others.Execute delegated medical functions, monitor treatment plans, and refer patients for further evaluation as needed.Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.May be required to float to other departments (within competency and qualifications) based on business needRequirements:Active RN License – Single State (CA).1+ years of minimum ICU experience in last 3 years.BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
