This role provides an opportunity to build experience in retail sales, marketing promotions, customer service, and leadership development while working directly with customers in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail locations and introduce current products, services, and marketing promotions
• Deliver confident sales presentations that highlight features, benefits, and promotional offers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers choose the best options for their needs
• Generate new customer enrollments and support ongoing retail sales campaigns
• Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand professionally
• Assist with in store marketing promotions and customer engagement initiatives
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and new enrollments through company systems
• Maintain a professional and organized promotional area inside retail environments
• Participate in team meetings focused on sales training, leadership development, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve sales strategies and customer experience
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and delivering sales presentations
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
