Now hiring Warehouse Clerk Location: Franklin, LA Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to support day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, shipping, or order processing environment Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Job Duties Process customer orders and shipping transactions using SAP Maintain accurate shipping records, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), ASNs, and related documentation Prepare and process shipping paperwork and customer order documentation Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Coordinate shipment staging, storage, and truck loading activities Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Warehouse teams to meet customer delivery schedules Investigate and resolve shipping and delivery‑related issues Serve as the primary point of contact for truck drivers and coordinate pickup activities Communicate shipment status and delivery information with internal departments as needed Support continuous improvement of shipping and logistics processes Benefits Our client offers a competitive benefits package to keep the team happy, healthy, and invested.
