Exciting Opportunity for a Rheumatologist

We are thrilled to announce a full-time position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our practice in Mason City, Iowa. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team, including one experienced Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Position Highlights

• Outpatient Focus: This is a general rheumatology position that does not involve inpatient care.
• High Demand: The practice is very busy, ensuring a steady flow of patients.
• Minimal Call: Enjoy a non-burdensome call schedule.
• Teaching Opportunities: Engage with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as ARNP/PA students and medical students.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $330,000 annually with a two-year income guarantee.
• Bonus Structure: A bonus package totaling $120,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 for moving expenses.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes paid malpractice insurance, tail coverage, reimbursement for licenses and registrations, $4,000 for continuing medical education (CME) annually, two retirement plans, and a generous paid time off (PTO) package. Benefits commence on the first day of employment.
