Surgical First Assistant – West Palm Beach, FL Employment type: Full-time (Travel Allied) Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Travel) Shift: 4×10 hour days Start date: 07/16/2026 Duration: 12 weeks Pay: $1,644.00 weekly Responsibilities Assist the surgeon during procedures as a surgical first assistant. Set up, order, and manage sterile instruments and supplies. Position and drape patients, ensuring sterility and optimal surgical conditions. Work interdependently with the surgical team to provide direct perioperative patient care. Qualifications Current Surgical Technologist, Certified Surgical Technologist, or Surgical First Assistant license in Florida. Basic Life Support certification. At least 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist or surgical first assistant in a Level I trauma center or similar environment.
