Vice President, Private Wealth ManagementThe VP, Private Wealth Management Leader will report to the Regional Vice President, Private Wealth Management and is responsible for leading Wealth Management Advisors (WMA) within the PWM organization. This role will be aligned to a territory spanning multiple Investor Center markets.The VP, PWM Leader is responsible for ensuring consistent execution across integrated planning and support teams that will embrace the PWM brand, cultivate meaningful client relationships and drive positive business opportunities and client outcomes.Primary ResponsibilitiesBuilds and develops a high-performing WMA team through effective talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards and conduct regular performance reviews and practice reviewsFoster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, strong work ethic, and continuous improvement across teamsEnable high-performing PWM teams through resource utilization and collaboration with regional leadership teams to promote alignment. CFP, CFA or equivalent recommendedDeep knowledge in institutional sales & relationship management, wealth planning and benefits guidanceA minimum of 5+ years of relevant financial services and leadership experienceProven track record of building and developing high-performing, dispersed, client facing teamsExperience in the HNW space, including managing complex wealth management client issues and escalationsNote: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position.Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $96,000-$210,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
