Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support die casting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining die casting equipment to produce quality components while following established production and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor die casting machines to produce high-quality components
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die casting equipment
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Work with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Follow all workplace safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in die casting or a similar manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule
Working Conditions
Fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Work around production machinery
Potential exposure to noise, vibration, and other typical manufacturing conditions
