Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A valid Indiana Special Education teaching license. Experience supporting children in developing foundational academic skills. A commitment to engaging families and the broader community in students’ academic and social development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset. Knowledge of IEP writing and special education compliance Leadership potential and a willingness to take initiative to improve outcomes inside and outside the classroom.
