Role Description As an AI Business Development & Strategy Intern at Julia, you will support the growth of our real-time risk intelligence platform by identifying new business opportunities and helping shape our go-to-market strategy. This remote role focuses on lead generation, prospect research, and early customer development. You will conduct market and competitive research, analyze customer segments and use cases, and help refine Julia’s positioning within the real estate operations ecosystem. You will collaborate on preparing presentations, strategy briefs, and outreach materials, and may participate in meetings, demos, and customer follow-ups. Day-to-day, you will work with insights from our platform to inform strategic decisions, support pipeline tracking, and contribute to improving sales and customer engagement processes. This role blends outbound execution with strategic thinking — ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience in AI, startups, and go-to-market strategy. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business and product strategy decisions. Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to create concise presentations, emails, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Interest and aptitude in lead generation, including researching prospects, building target lists, and supporting outreach campaigns. Experience or coursework in market research, such as segment analysis, competitive landscaping, or customer needs assessment. Customer-focused mindset with an interest in understanding user needs and contributing to positive stakeholder experiences. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, data science, engineering, or a related field. Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus. Interest in AI, property technology, risk intelligence, or underwriting is highly beneficial.
