Salary range for this role, based in Phoenix, is $96,200.00 to $120,200.00. Base salaries are determined during interview process. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities Market Execution & Performance Lead local market‑level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and execution of brand standards. Leverage data & analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs. Distributor & Internal Collaboration Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs. Coordinate with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams to support sell‑through and activation efforts. Ensure consistent communication and alignment with distributor partners and internal stakeholders. Operational Excellence Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates. Monitor retail pricing and recommend programming to capitalize on market opportunities. Ensure compliance with data tracking tools and manage POS logistics and budget. What's in it for me? Required qualifications Bachelor's degree highly preferred. 5-7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management.
