What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end planning, scheduling, and deployment of field resources to meet customer commitments. Coordinate customer communications for service events and manage appointment scheduling, including complex customer interactions. Apply prioritization and capacity planning strategies to optimize resource utilization and respond to changing business demands. Collaborate closely with field management and cross-functional teams to coordinate resource deployment and drive successful service delivery. Build strong relationships with global stakeholders across multiple business functions to support operational excellence and continuous improvement. Job Requirements What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's Degree. 2+ years of experience in managing customer communications, scheduling, or service coordination in a fast-paced environment. What Sets You Apart: Ability to utilize problem solving skills when re-prioritizing activities and resources to meet the requirements of a highly dynamic environment. Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of SAP. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively communicate with customers, internal partners, and diverse audiences. Ability to support complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance is essential. Able to independently perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting more complex, less clearly defined issues. Good organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Able to function as a Change Agent and successfully exhibit and promote change management, customer focus, and elevated levels of integrity. Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative, embraces an ownership culture. You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) LEAN/6 Sigma methodology.
