Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent (Residential and/or Commercial) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (including bonuses and benefits) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work meets specifications and safety standards Lead and manage construction teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion Communicate project status and resolve on-site issues promptly Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and employee hours Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage resources effectively OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
