Oversee the daily sales operations to ensure our agency goals align with our commitment to client service.

Identify and engage new commercial and personal lines prospects within the Lowell area.

Develop custom protection strategies that address the specific risks faced by our diverse clientele.

Mentor and coach junior producers, sharing your expertise to help them sharpen their sales techniques.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events, networking functions, and local business meetings.

Analyze sales metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement refined strategies.

Current Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales or agency operations.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow an active book of business.

Strong comfort level with modern agency management systems and digital lead generation tools.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Deep familiarity with the Lowell business community and regional market dynamics.

Strong leadership aptitude with a focus on mentoring junior staff.
