Provides guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational needs while ensuring consistent application of People Practices programs and policies. Coaches People Practices Advisors and collaborates across People Operations to support business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Partners with leaders to execute People Practices strategies supporting engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.Provides guidance to coaches on employee relations matters, partnering with Workplace Services on complex situations.Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.Coaches and develops People Practices Advisor(s) to build capability and consistency.Collaborates with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of practices.Uses People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.Education Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.Work Experience:7–10 years of People Practices or human resources experience required.Experience in a managerial or advisory capacity preferred.Certifications and Licenses:Human resources, organizational effectiveness, or talent management certification preferred (for e.g., SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or equivalent).Important Project Assignment Information:This role supports a strategic mega/mobility project and serves as an embedded People Practices Business Partner partnering closely with project leadership and the on-site workforce.Full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday)Assigned to a large-scale mega/mobility Project location within the United StatesDaily in-person presence on the project site is requiredThis is not a remote or hybrid roleCandidates may be based anywhere in the U.S.; however, they must be willing to relocate to or travel to the assigned project locationTravel support, per diem, and/or relocation assistance may be provided in accordance with company policyAbility to support the project on-site for the duration of the assignment is requiredThis is a regular full-time, permanent position with DPR Construction and is assigned to support a mega/mobility Project.DPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
