CNA – Skilled Nursing Facility

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility connected to a hospital in Beaver Dam, WI. This role focuses on providing quality care to residents, primarily those with dementia, frailty, and in rehabilitation. The position involves working within a supportive team environment, adhering to a block schedule with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

Provide ADL care including assistance with showers and meals

Requirements of the CNA – Skilled Nursing Facility include:

BLS certification
Experience with elderly care
