Global/US Insights & Analytics Director, CVRM - CKD/HF

AstraZeneca seeks a strategic insights and analytics director to lead market research and data-driven decision-making for the chronic kidney disease and heart failure franchise. The role involves synthesizing primary research, real-world data, and competitive intelligence to inform commercial strategy, positioning, and lifecycle planning across global and US markets.

Responsibilities

Design and lead market research studies across multiple stakeholder groups to generate actionable insights
Synthesize research findings into compelling narratives that drive stakeholder alignment and strategic decisions
Define, track, and communicate brand performance metrics linked to strategic drivers
Partner with data science teams to analyze claims, EMR, and patient-level datasets for behavioral insights
Lead commercial assessments and lifecycle management business case development using research and claims analysis

Requirements

8+ years of insights and analytics experience in biopharmaceuticals
Demonstrated expertise conducting qualitative and quantitative research with HCPs, patients, and payers
Proficiency with secondary data sources including claims, EMR, and analytics platforms
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and lateral/vertical influence capability
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in business, commercial, scientific, or related field
Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) preferred
