About the Role As Studio Manager, you are the steady center of the studio — balancing leadership, operational excellence, and business growth with warmth and authenticity. You’ll cultivate a high-performing team, inspire membership growth, and ensure every member who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and valued. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a passionate studio team Drive membership sales, retention, and month-over-month revenue growth Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless studio performance Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation Manage P&L performance and implement strategies to exceed goals Create a welcoming, elevated member experience rooted in community Model professionalism, positivity, and accountability This is an exciting opportunity for the right leader who has an “ownership mentality” in how build studio revenue, lead a team, connect with our members, and effectively run the studio.
