The Production Manager (bilingual) oversees the manufacturing production process to ensure efficient, timely, and quality manufacturing or project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills across teams and stakeholders, leveraging bilingual abilities to facilitate clear and effective interaction in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to meet quality and deadline targets
• Coordinate teams and resources to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Manage inventory, materials, and equipment needed for production
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management
• Communicate effectively with bilingual teams, suppliers, and clients
• Resolve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and develop production staff to enhance performance

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE PREFERRED.
