Compensation

• $18–$20/hr base +  uncapped commission
• Typical first-year earnings: $55,000–$75,000
• Top performers: $100,000–$150,000+
• Daily cash spiffs, bonuses & contests
• PTO, benefits & 401(k)
• Workday ends at 4:30 PM
• No weekends—ever

The Role

• Call and follow up with small business owners nationwide
• Sell POS systems, payment processing & cash discount programs
• Handle objections, follow up, and close deals
• Own your pipeline and results
