Advanced Moving & Storage has been proudly serving Chicagoland for over 25 years, specializing in local, long-distance, residential, and commercial moves. We pride ourselves on professionalism, transparency, and exceptional customer service. We are looking to grow our team with a motivated Moving Specialist who can help families and businesses start their move with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate moving quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Educate customers on services, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain CRM records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth move planning.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales required (moving/transportation industry preferred, but not required).
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
