Job Summary

Prime JD Bathrooms Express is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to join our office team in Riverside, CA. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative operations, assisting customers, and helping ensure smooth communication between staff, clients, and field teams.

This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English .

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Communicate with customers in both Spanish and English
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with customer service inquiries and follow-ups
• Perform general office administrative duties
• Maintain and organize company records and documents
• Support sales and installation teams with scheduling and coordination
• Data entry and basic computer work
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails and messages

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
