We are seeking a skilled Contract Server to join our team at our vibrant Richmond, VA location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for providing an excellent dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering orders to the table efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a friendly, positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver orders to guests efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
