Human Resources Director

The HR Director oversees all human resources and employee personnel matters for Sunrise Park Resort and serves as a member of the management team. Manage staffing for seasonal and year-round employment. Coach and develop leadership. Recruit and hire employees. Create and revise policies and procedures. Enforce safety measures. Investigate complaints and incidents. Administer employee insurance and benefit plans. Payroll Required Education And Experience Required Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, operations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Resort or service industry background preferred. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Knowledge of labor and employment statutes, regulations, laws. Experience with multiple business transaction systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Stand and/or walk for several hours at a time and easily move throughout the property in both winter and summer. Bend and twist without assistance. Hike on uneven terrain, operate and ride ski lifts, and operate ATV or UTV. Must be able to work outside in winter or summer conditions (snow, rain, wind, heat). Base Elevation: 9,200 feet.
