Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and workforce planning for a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic environment. This pivotal role offers the chance to build scalable HR systems that support our expansion, foster a values-based workplace, and contribute to our legacy of excellence in the Southwest. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition for various roles. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention programs tailored to a field-service workforce. Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and succession planning to maintain a high-performing and safety-focused team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws relevant to the industry. Administer benefits, compensation programs, and HR policies while promoting a culture of integrity and growth. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and partner with leadership on organizational development. Analyze HR metrics to optimize staffing and support expansion into new markets. Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive HR management experience, with strong preference for experience in construction or related industries. Spanish speaking (Required) Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and compliance in a field-service or blue-collar environment.
