About the Role As a B2B Marketing & Advertising Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and helping prospects understand how Klixo’s marketing and advertising solutions can support their growth. You will work closely with leadership to support outreach, sales strategy, and client acquisition efforts while contributing to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage potential business clients Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients Present Klixo’s marketing and advertising services in a clear and compelling way Support lead generation, outreach, and sales pipeline development Manage CRM records, lead activity, and follow-up workflows Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely and professional manner Use live AI market intelligence and modern tools to support outreach and client strategy Collaborate with internal leadership on sales strategy and business growth initiatives Assist with client communication, follow-up, and account support Participate in planning meetings, reporting, and performance reviews Conduct in-person client visits as needed Qualifications Experience in B2B sales, marketing, advertising, or business development preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with CRM systems preferred Willingness to think creatively and contribute beyond a narrow job scope Interest in AI-enabled tools, modern sales workflows, and data-informed decision-making Ability to connect with people, uncover pain points, and develop thoughtful strategies that drive results What We’re Looking For We value team members who are adaptable, resourceful, and excited to help build something meaningful. This position is in office five (5) days per week , with flexibility for in-person client visits as needed . Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate, subject to company discretion and role fit. Compensation Base compensation is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, the commission structure is designed to incentivize continued growth, performance, and long-term success. Commission will be earned based on monthly sales performance as follows: First $20,000 in monthly sales: 10% commission

• 20,000.01 to $30,000 in monthly sales: 20% commission
• 30,000.01 to $40,000 in monthly sales: 30% commission

Upon surpassing $50,000 in monthly sales: you will automatically trigger a $5,000 bonus On all monthly recurring charges, you will receive a 3% residual commission for as long as the customer remains active and the recurring charge is collected by the Company, subject to applicable payroll practices, chargebacks, refunds, cancellations, and any other standard Company adjustments or deductions.
