Job Summary

We’re seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Risk Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll learn about customers’ needs, help them understand their coverage options, and recommend insurance solutions for their auto, home, life, and health needs. You’ll build lasting relationships while contributing to the growth of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, online, and in person.
• Ask questions to understand customers’ goals, needs, and current coverage.
• Explain insurance products and coverage options in clear, helpful language.
• Prepare quotes, present recommendations, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, service-oriented support.
• Identify opportunities to help customers review their coverage and address changing needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures and applicable regulations.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and compliance training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first attitude, with the ability to build trust and explain information clearly.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented approach.
• Organization and attention to detail, including comfort using computers and digital tools.
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses. Licensing support may be available.
