Immunology Therapeutic Specialist The Opportunity Drive performance in the assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic territory business plan. Partner with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions to support appropriate patient access and education. What You'll Do Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals. Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders. Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies. Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory. Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines. Partner cross-functionally to support customers and patients. Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations. Operate with integrity and ensure activities comply with company policies and compliance guidelines. What You Bring (Qualifications/Skills) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred. Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related healthcare experience. Dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or other complex specialty market experience (strongly preferred). Strong clinical acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information. Success in a complex selling environment in a matrixed organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Experience Launching a new product/indication. Knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways. CRM/digital sales platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce). Experience with patient advocacy organizations. Advanced clinical degree (e.g., PharmD, PA, NP).
