As a Real Estate Sales Specialist , you'll work directly with buyers and sellers, helping them make confident real estate decisions while building lasting client relationships. What success looks like at 6 months:

• 3–6 home sales/month (or pipeline equivalent), high client satisfaction, steady referral flow

• $150,000+ expected annual net income (commission-driven; details provided during interview)

$75,000 - $200,000 per year

• Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from consultation to closing

• Conduct client consultations to understand their goals and recommend the right solutions

• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture relationships using our CRM to keep every client engaged and informed.

• Meet with clients for property showings, listing presentations, and appointments

• Prepare and present offers, negotiate on behalf of clients, and guide them smoothly through to closing.

What you bring (must-haves):

• A Texas Real Estate License holder or someone actively working toward obtaining one.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills; you keep clients informed and yourself organized.

• Flexibility to travel by car and work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends when clients need you.

• A genuine commitment to building a full-time, successful career in real estate.
