Overview
Interventional Radiology Tech. Travel assignment in Kansas City, KS, starting 08/09/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn between $2,931 and $3,005 per week. Shift is 4×10-hour days. No guaranteed hours. Hospital IR lab setting with a fast-paced environment and high case volume.

- Orientation: 8-hour no-bill orientation; Mon–Tue; nursing orientation Wed–Fri (bi-weekly)

Responsibilities
- Assist radiologists during interventional radiology procedures; scrub, prep equipment, maintain sterile fields
- Operate imaging equipment and monitor patient status during IR cases; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Set up and manage supplies, maintain accuracy of procedure documentation, and assist with patient transport and positioning
- Support a fast-paced, multi-room IR unit; coordinate with team to manage workflow and case load
- Follow sterile technique, infection control protocols, and clinical guidelines; adhere to unit policies
- May float to additional IR sites as needed; participate in on-call as required

Requirements
- ARRT Radiography certification; active Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (or eligible/ KS lic pending after offer)
- AHA BLS required
- 2 years IR experience; scrub experience required; 3 years IR experience preferred
- Radiography education (e.g., Radiologic Technology degree or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a high-volume IR lab; comfortable with 4×10-hour day shifts and rotating duties
- Credentialing: Licensure/credentials due about 1 week prior to start; may begin with KS lic pending
