A prestigious, family-owned insurance agency with over four generations of excellence in serving the community and clients is looking for a few Sales Executives for both Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines. As they continue to grow and expand their market presence, we are seeking talented, motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Producers to join a dynamic team and contribute to their continued success story.
This opportunity will also give you the option of OWNERSHIP of your book of business!! Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k/retirement available as well. Base salary + commission.
Position OverviewWe are currently seeking experienced and ambitious Commercial Lines Insurance Producers to join an established agency. This is an exceptional opportunity for insurance professionals who are looking to build their career with a reputable organization that values integrity, client relationships, and professional growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales abilities, comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. This position offers the unique advantage of book ownership, allowing you to build equity in your business while being supported by the agency's resources, reputation, and infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales- Actively prospect and generate new commercial insurance business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with prospective clients to identify coverage gaps and insurance requirements
- Present and explain complex commercial insurance products including General Liability, Property, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and specialized coverage options
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes that address client needs while maintaining profitability standards
- Close sales and achieve established production targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients across various industries
- Conduct regular policy reviews and account roundtables to ensure adequate coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities
