What You'll Do Manage an assigned book of Commercial Lines business, including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing proactive service and coverage guidance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders Support new business initiatives alongside Producers and Account Executives Review client exposures and assist in identifying appropriate coverage solutions Prepare and process policy documents, certificates of insurance, binders, and related documentation Assist with billing inquiries, account reconciliations, and payment follow-up Partner with carriers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty License 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic is a plus Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why This Opportunity Stands Out Hybrid work environment Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Supportive, team-oriented culture Collaborative leadership team Stable and growing organization Meaningful work with long-term client relationships The Bottom Line This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Lines professional seeking a career home with a company that values relationships, invests in its employees, and provides the support needed to succeed and grow.
