Call Center Product Manager

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our call center product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of call center operations.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product success.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.
Define product requirements and create detailed specifications for new features and enhancements.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to call center operations.
Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product features and best practices.

Compensation details: 1-2 Hourly Wage
