Laundry Team Members are the backbone of our operations, ensuring linens are processed efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality standards so our customers receive reliable, professional service every day.

Position Overview Laundry Team Members are responsible for washing, drying, pressing, and folding commercial linen in a fast-paced production environment. This role works as part of a team to process laundry safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. During the first 90 days, employees learn our production processes, safety procedures, and operational standards while developing the skills needed to succeed. Successful team members demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations Sort and process laundry. Load and unload machines. Operate equipment. Fold and prepare linen. Move materials safely.
• Productivity and Quality Maintain work pace and quality.
• Additional Duties Perform other duties as needed.

Schedule Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Employees may receive up to two scheduled days off during the Monday–Saturday workweek, depending on operational needs. Availability throughout the full Monday–Saturday schedule is required.
