Operating Room Nurse

Boulders Ambulatory Surgery Center in Richmond, VA seeks an Operating Room Nurse to provide safe, efficient perioperative care for orthopedic, spine, and related outpatient procedures. Responsibilities include preparing OR suites, managing surgical instruments and supplies, circulating and/or scrubbing during cases, monitoring patients, maintaining strict aseptic technique, and accurately documenting care. The nurse will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and teammates to support on-time starts, quick room turnover, and exceptional patient experience in a modern, patient-first, ambulatory setting focused on safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
