About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Professional Degree Career Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of career and professional development initiatives for the company's EMBA, PTMBA, and MSBA programs. This role requires a leader who can own the career strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of services to meet the changing needs of students, labor market trends, and employer expectations. The Managing Director will also be tasked with building exceptional student, employer, and alumni engagement, measuring outcomes, and driving continuous improvement. A key aspect of the role is to strengthen the company's value proposition and create an integrated student experience from recruitment through lifelong career success. Candidates for this position should have a Master's degree and at least 6 years' of relevant experience, with a strong preference for those holding an MBA or other relevant graduate degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and developing career professionals, with a focus on fostering a student-centered culture. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to leverage technology, AI, and data to improve decision-making and operations. The role demands an individual with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and executive presence, who is committed to the mission and values of the company. Experience in executive or senior-level career development, employer engagement, and a deep understanding of the evolving employment landscape are also required.
