Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, track and present data in an easy-to-understand manner
\n
• Examine data reports to identify and resolve errors
\n
• Produce, analyze, and distribute reports
\n
• Communicate changes in an effective and timely manner
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement reporting solutions
\n
• Gather, review and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
\n
• Assist the Bank in developing best practices, frameworks and metrics needed to evaluate and improve the Bank’s operations
\n
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
\n
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, utilizing business process mapping
\n
• Support the portfolio review, maintenance and prioritization review process
\n
• Write user guides, various tracking documents, data specifications, release notes, and other deliverables as needed
\n
• Acquire industry, application, and data content knowledge in the functional areas served by the department
\n
• Create and Execute queries for research, assist in decision making, and ad hoc reporting
\n

Experience requirements

\n
• 0–2-year experience with a 4-year degree
\n
• 4-6 years’ experience required without a degree
\n
• Experience working with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project teams supporting IT projects
\n
• Knowledge of relational database structures and concepts
\n
• Able to access and transform data for use in reports, pulling data from various systems
\n
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology (preferred)

• Education Requirements
\n
• 4-year degree preferred in the field of computer science, information systems, or related field, and 2-3 years’ work experience
\n
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:Results driven and oriented with a keen attention to detail
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning
\n
