Lead Qualification Specialist (Producer Pre-Licensing Opportunity)

Job Description

Here at the Farmers Insurance Tyler Johnson Agency We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Qualification Specialist . In this role, you will contact leads from a provided list to confirm key information and transfer qualified prospects to available agents. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the insurance industry, with a clear path toward becoming a licensed Producer.

Free Property & Casualty License Training and Exam Support. We will provide the tools and resources you need to obtain your P&C license at no cost to you
Ongoing training, support, and mentorship from experienced professionals
Opportunity for advancement into licensed sales roles upon successful licensing (Hourly and Commission pay)
Collaborative and supportive team environment

Responsibilities

Call leads from a pre-generated list to verify and confirm basic contact and qualifying information
Warm transfer interested and qualified prospects to an available licensed agent
Maintain accurate records of interactions and call outcomes using our CRM system
Provide a professional and positive experience for all potential clients
Meet daily and weekly call goals and performance targets

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
No prior experience or license required training is provided
Must be coachable and eager to grow within the industry
