About the Role We are seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team in support of Pinnacle Fertility’s mission to strengthen and streamline the financial operations of a growing, dynamic organization. The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance core financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support ongoing compliance. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to drive process improvements, contribute to operational excellence, and play a key part in building a strong financial foundation for the company. We are seeking an Accountant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Arizona in Scottsdale . This is a full-time, salaried position based onsite . Key Responsibilities Leads month-end and year-end closing processes for a specific number of clinics, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements, general ledger analysis, and journal entries. Prepares monthly journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts and ensures the clinic financial statements are accurate and complete. Reconciles accounts receivable, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and disbursements to the general ledger. Prepares clear and organized account analysis for balance sheet accounts and maintains reconciliation of clearing accounts. Assist in audit preparations, including year-end audits and subsystem interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency. Other duties and projects assigned. Position Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting required. Skills Experience in Excel, accounting and expense management software. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Salary Range : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually.
