Our key programs, Home Care Services, Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, and Healthy Ages provide vital support to seniors, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their homes. Direct Care Supervisor to oversee home care service delivery and manage Home Care Providers, ensuring high-quality care for our clients. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Home Care Providers, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. Oversee client assignments, service scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure successful service delivery, address service issues, and maintain documentation. Assist with on-call duties and provide emergency client services when needed. Uphold agency mission, policies, and service standards. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate leadership in safety and professionalism. Qualifications Associate’s Degree or equivalent required. 2+ years of Home Care or customer service experience. 1+ year of office experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
