Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, an established distribution company, is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Support team member. You'll be the friendly, dependable point of contact for customers and the internal sales team on orders, shipments, product information, and inventory availability. You'll also help keep reporting and shipping processes running smoothly behind the scenes. What you'll do Respond to customer and sales team inquiries about orders, shipment status, product information, inventory availability, complaints, and custom stocking programs Meet a 2-hour call-back standard and serve as a customer advocate to ensure total satisfaction Support monthly operations reporting, including on-time shipment, accuracy, and expedite metrics, and enter data into logs and spreadsheets Assist with warehouse transfer, repack, and relabel processes in the company's ERP system Make thank-you survey calls to new customers and help them complete the survey Document customer complaints and route them to the Customer Service Manager Cross-train on Service Specialist duties to provide team backup and PTO coverage Take part in continuous improvement meetings and help the team get better every day What you'll bring Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written At least 2 years of customer service experience (industry-related experience is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort with basic math, including fractions and decimals, and the ability to follow written work instructions and procedure manuals Integrity, initiative, a positive attitude, and dependable attendance Schedule and pay Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch #J-18808-Ljbffr BY Recruiting
