What You’ll Be Doing: As a Sheet Metal Crew Member, your day will start early as you head from home to your assigned job site, fully prepared to take on the tasks ahead. You’ll consistently show up ready to work at the start time, ensuring projects stay on schedule. Throughout the day, you’ll set up ladders, work on roofs and in attics, and complete tasks in a timely manner, always maintaining a clean and secure job site. With tools provided by the company, you’ll be equipped to handle the demands of the role and contribute to the successful completion of each project. Our Offer to You: Competitive Pay: $20 - $40 per hour Steady Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You’ll start your day by leaving from home and heading straight to your job site—no reporting to a central location required.
