Job Summary Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking an experienced Job Description Project Installer Lead Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $30–$35/hr Job Summary Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Installer Lead to oversee and perform installation and replacement of building systems for special projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project and customer expectations. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare work by gathering materials, tools, and setting task priorities. Follow all site requirements, safety standards, and code-of-conduct expectations. Execute project objectives based on the approved bid and guidance from the project manager. Interact professionally with customers to ensure expectations are understood and met. Maintain daily work logs and job safety analyses. Install building systems related to climate control. Communicate regularly with the project manager to resolve issues during project progression. Maintain quality service by following organizational standards and documented procedures. Support continuity among corporate, division, and local teams through clear documentation and communication. Remain current in industry knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networking. Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities None Required Skills & Abilities Valid driver’s license. Working knowledge of installing building systems for climate control. Plumbing and pipe fitting knowledge preferred but not required. Ability to lead a small team with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education & Experience High school diploma/GED required. Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical, heating, cooling, or plumbing; 10 years preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work on extension and step ladders. Ability to work from scissor or boom lifts. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
