About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med-Surg RN to join a dynamic acute care team. This role involves providing high-quality care to adult patients with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurologic conditions. The position offers exposure to diverse cases, including post-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments following clinical standards
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise support staff
• Educate and support patients and families

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (not necessarily recent)
• ADN or BSN degree required
• Active RN license or compact license
• BLS certification required upon hire

Compensation & Benefits:

• Shift Differentials: $4/hour for nights & weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 (nights) / $10,000 (days)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)
