Personal Assistant for Ben in Barrhead (SESSIONAL)

Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support. Expand clients' social networks and connections. Support clients in daily living tasks such as household maintenance, gardening, and exercise. Provide transport to appointments and leisure activities. Support a non‑verbal client, communicating via visual aids. Maintain a calm, supportive environment conducive to routine and structure. Qualifications Understanding of Autism spectrum conditions preferred. Patience, empathy and a good sense of humour. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Valid automatic driving licence, if required for transport duties.
