Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,000 - $145,000+ (depending on experience)
Quarterly Bonuse Potential
Employer pays 70% of medical insurance premiums

CME allowance of $1,500 plus 3 days off
Licensing and DEA registration reimbursements
Eligible for student loan repayment up to $50,000 via HRSA/State
