This will be a hybrid role, following return to work guidelines - consultant will be expected to come into the office 1x/week. Senior.Net Developer – Full stack developer with primarily 5+ years front end experience. Must have:.Net core, Angular 14+, SQL, microservices architecture, and logging/security experience for external users (for example: ELK stack) Preferred: API development experience highly preferred, Java, Cloud upgrade / transition – hosting on cloud (GCP)

This would include experience in/with:

1. Coordinating with related teams such as enterprise services, informatics, infrastructure, data modeling, testing/QA, security, and architecture.
2. Assisting the team members with best patterns and practices and ensuring they are followed.
3. Ensuring security, maintainability, and performance of the application.
4. Mentoring team members
5. Refining the requirements and translating them into a detail design of data stores, components, and services.
6. Assisting the PM with task breakdown, estimation, and assignment.
7. Creating functional and detail design documentation.
8. Assisting with production problem resolution.
9. Being a SME and single point of contact for the PM, business, management, and security office/audit.
10. Experience of working as a member of an agile team and familiar with agile planning and estimation techniques. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamental rationale for employing an agile approach to implementation
11. Experience with using engineering practices that compliment an agile approach. Test driven development, source branching strategies, continuous integration etc.
12. Experience working with TFS for source control, deployment / builds, backlog and task management.
13. Manage development team using Agile and scrum methodologies
14. Ability to write design specifications based on architecture blueprint documents
15. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
16. Detail oriented, ability to multi-task
17. Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills

Requirements :

• Extensive knowledge and experience with following languages/frameworks
  • HTML, CSSWebApi, AngularJs, JQuery, SQL, JavaScript, LINQ.NET 4.5, C#
  • Web Services design and development using: WCF, REST
• Database skills:
  • MS SQL/T-SQL (queries and stored procedure development)
  • ORM
  • Entity Framework, ADO.NET
• Experienced using the following Architecture Patterns and Programming language model:
  • MVC
  • MVVM
  • OOP
• Demonstrable experience and skills at applying design patterns to complex application architectures
  • Factory method
  • Decorator
  • Publish/Subscribe
  • Strategy
• Experience with test driven development, writing unit tests and solid understanding how to write testable code
• Experience with improving Code Quality using:
  • Code reviews
  • Code coverage tools
  • Code Analysis tools
