Occupational Therapist Schedule: Day Shift
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
- Auto Registration
- Annual Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccination
- Varicella vaccination
- Hepatitis B (HepB) vaccination
- Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (TDap) vaccination (within last 10 years)
- Annual Flu vaccination
- Drug screening
- Physical examination
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Document patient progress and outcomes consistently.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards in practice.

- All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission.
- Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
- Additional compliance requirements may apply based on the specific facility and state regulations.
